Workshop Description:
Participants will learn how to transform ordinary playing cards into beautiful altered art pieces that can be used in junk journals, scrapbooks, or as standalone creations.
We’ll explore layering materials with recycled sewing patterns to create fun elements that can be used to decorate junk journals
We’ve found this project especially rewarding for people who may struggle with perfectionism or traditional art expectations—it’s small, tactile, forgiving, and expressive.
Rhys brings a unique perspective to the workshop that many participants find inspiring, especially those who may not always see themselves represented in creative leadership.
