Make a Journal from Envelopes
Our October Junk Journal Club project is a flip-flop envelope journal: a small interactive journal made from three ordinary envelopes. The finished structure includes flips, pockets, and plenty of little spaces for tags, journaling cards, photos, or favorite scraps.
We will assemble the complete journal structure during the meeting, decorate the cover, and begin working on the inside. This is a stand-alone project, so you can join us even if this is your first meeting or you have missed recent club dates.
Please bring decorative papers or favorite scraps, a glue stick and your favorite craft glue, and scissors or a paper trimmer if you have one. Optional supplies include ribbon, lace, washi tape, stickers, and small embellishments. We will have envelopes, old book pages, and basic shared supplies available.
Meeting details: October 8, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the Mowen Room at Columbiana Public Library.
Junk Journal Club is free, relaxed, and beginner-friendly. Adults and teens ages 13 and older are welcome.
November Club date: November 10, 2026 – Please mark your calendar! Project details are on the web site!
